About The Position
The Manager of a Nordstrom Specialty Coffee unit serves as a coach, mentor, customer-experience leader, and business driver. The role begins with a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering the operations of a successful unit. The manager hires, trains, manages, and motivates a crew to deliver excellent customer service while supporting unit performance, implementing store strategy, following company procedures, and maintaining productivity and cost control.
Requirements
- Knowledge of fresh beverages and quality food, with an interest in learning more.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule.
- Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
- Solid communication skills and basic accounting skills.
- At least 2 years of specialty coffee bar management experience.
Responsibilities
