About The Position

Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager for its Kenwood Towne Centre store in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Store Manager leads the store’s sales and operations and creates a world-class retail environment with a seamless shopping experience across the company’s website and retail stores. The role collaborates with Store Leaders to recruit, hire, and train associates, and guides the career paths of 10 to 12 associates and leaders. The position reports to the Regional Director. The Store Manager represents the company’s culture and values, drives customer engagement, directs daily store activities, and works with cross-functional teams to meet business needs. The role also oversees operational tasks, including payroll and inventory management, maintains merchandising guidelines, and encourages feedback to improve the business.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a manager in a retail environment.
Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams and set personal and professional goals for oneself and others.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including comfort building advanced spreadsheet models.
Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, retail inventory systems, and POS systems.
Self-motivated, good communicator with an ability to bring out the best in others.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Willingness to work onsite on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to meet the physical demands of constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing may also be required.

Responsibilities

Model the company’s culture and values through self-accountability for team members and external contacts.
Recruit, hire, and train store Associates and Supervisors to engage customers in meaningful ways.
Drive customer engagement in and outside the store, including through store events, promotions, and community projects.
Direct the daily activities of Store Supervisors and Associates in alignment with company and store goals.
Work with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Fulfillment, to respond to needs and requests.
Manage operational tasks related to payroll, inventory management, and paperwork to ensure efficiency.
Develop and maintain store merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to customers’ purchase journeys.
Participate in providing and encouraging feedback from all levels of the organization to continuously improve the business.
Guide the career paths of 10 to 12 associates and leaders.
