Retail Store Manager
About The Position
We’re seeking a Store Manager to join our team to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. This role involves managing and overseeing all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability, delegating store activities for smooth daily operations, and leading, training, and developing store associates to foster a culture of growth. The Store Manager is responsible for providing every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience, safeguarding company assets, building strong relationships with the community through outreach and partnerships, and ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations while enforcing company policies and procedures. Additionally, the role requires implementing operational and merchandising direction communicated from corporate headquarters.
Requirements
- Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required
- Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Retail management experience is preferred
