About The Position

This is a paid 10-week internship program designed for college students eager to gain real-world experience in retail management. Interns will be immersed in the fast-paced world of retail management, contributing to the company's mission of becoming the most consumer-centric health care company. The program offers hands-on experience in managing a retail team, working directly with customers, and understanding daily operations. Interns will also have opportunities to network with leaders, participate in field travel days and developmental workshops, and learn about managing and motivating teams, staffing best practices, and colleague development. A key component of the internship involves developing business plans and working on an impactful project to address an opportunity or area of improvement at a specific store location. The role requires active engagement throughout the day, including walking the store and interacting with customers and team members, and may involve working nights and weekends.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled as a full or part-time student in a college or university working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree
  • Students should expect to receive their degree (associate or bachelor) between May 2026 and May 2027
  • Must be available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment such as retail, food service, hospitality etc.
  • Must be interested in pursuing a career in retail store management

Nice To Haves

  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience is highly desired
  • Desired majors are Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business, or other related studies
