About The Position
This is a paid 10-week internship program for college students eager to gain real-world experience in retail management with a Fortune 5 company revolutionizing health care. The program immerses interns in a fast-paced retail environment, focusing on becoming the most consumer-centric health care company. Interns will gain hands-on experience managing a retail team, working directly with customers, and understanding daily operations. They will also have opportunities to network with leaders, participate in field travel days, developmental workshops, and networking events. The internship includes learning about managing and motivating store teams, staffing best practices, and colleague development. Interns will develop business plans and work on a project to address an opportunity or area of improvement at their assigned store. The role requires active engagement, being on your feet, walking the store, and interacting with customers and team members, especially during nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled as a full or part-time student in a college or university working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree
- Students should expect to receive their degree (associate or bachelor) between May 2026 and May 2027
- Must be available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment such as retail, food service, hospitality etc.
- Must be interested in pursuing a career in retail store management
Nice To Haves
- Desired majors are Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business, or other related studies
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience is highly desired
