Retail Store Management Internship Summer 2027 - North and East Metro Atlanta
About The Position
This is a paid 10-week internship program for college students interested in gaining real-world experience in retail management. Interns will be immersed in the fast-paced world of retail management, working directly with customers, managing a retail team, and gaining insights into daily operations. The program aims to help students develop business plans, work on impactful projects, and learn about managing and motivating a store team, staffing best practices, and colleague development. The role requires being actively engaged throughout the day, walking the store, and interacting with customers and team members, including working nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled as a full or part-time student in a college or university working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree
- Students should expect to receive their degree (associate or bachelor) between May 2026 and May 2027
- Must be available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment such as retail, food service, hospitality etc.
- Must be interested in pursuing a career in retail store management
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience is highly desired
- Desired majors are Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business, or other related studies
