About The Position

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a Seasonal Retail Store Customer Service Representative to support customer satisfaction at its factory store in Bolingbrook, Illinois. The role provides customer support and product knowledge through in-person, telephone, and email interactions. Schedules vary and include one or both weekend days. Full-time hours fall between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.; the role also requires a varied schedule that may include day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a telephone-based customer service or retail sales environment.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of driving revenue and exceeding goals.
• Fluency in English and clear, concise verbal and written communication skills for customer service by telephone and email.
• Listening skills sufficient to understand customer needs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to regularly work on a computer and focus on a screen or monitor.
• Excellent typing, spelling, and grammar skills.
• Great attendance and punctuality.
• Consistently deliver high-quality results.
• Professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to type 50 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service in the factory showroom.
• Communicate with customers by telephone and email to process orders, exchanges, and returns in accordance with department policies and procedures.
• Recommend and upsell products by gathering customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Provide timely feedback to management about service failures or customer concerns.
• Work a varied schedule that may include day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
