About The Position

As a Retail Store Associate, you’ll welcome customers, identify their needs, answer questions about products and services, and recommend solutions. You’ll work with internal teams to keep the store running smoothly by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and sharing customer feedback with the purchasing team to help ensure the store carries products local customers want. The role also includes assisting customers with purchases, returns, exchanges, and order pickups.

Requirements

• Background in customer service or sales.
• Fluency with technology.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Autonomous decision-making and problem-resolution skills.

Nice To Haves

• A construction or industrial background is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities
