About The Position
Palm Beach Tan is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Sales Associate to work in a fun, fast-paced salon environment. The role focuses on helping customers look and feel their best through customer service, education about tanning and skin care, and sales. Employees work in a supportive, team-oriented workplace with opportunities to grow and advance.
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, energetic attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Reliable and punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, assist them, and build lasting relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits.
- Educate customers about tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care.
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
- Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
