About The Position

A full-time Supervisor is a valued member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do their job. This role is suited to someone with recent leadership experience who is passionate about a career in retail. The anticipated pay rate is $20.25 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. Associates accrue up to 152 hours of paid time off per year, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, and may receive up to 64 hours of paid sick time per year unless otherwise required by law. Schedules are during store operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including Stocking/Sales Associate duties and responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
