About The Position

The Retail Stocking Supervisor is a full-time role on a high-performing retail team, suited to someone with recent leadership experience and a passion for a career in retail. The position offers an anticipated rate of $19.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience, and is eligible for a monthly bonus. Schedules are described as respectful and fall within store operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The company is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. The role provides opportunities for promotion and ongoing leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties and responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
