About The Position

The Retail Stocking Supervisor is a full-time leadership role on a high-performing retail team. The supervisor provides professional customer service, helps maintain a safe and organized store, cross-trains in store operations, and leads and develops associates. The role serves as Leader on Duty when scheduled. The anticipated pay rate is $19.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience, and the position is eligible for a monthly bonus. Store operating hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.; schedules are described as respectful.

Responsibilities

Ensure and model professional customer service.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including Stocking/Sales Associate duties and responsibilities.
Lead, coach, and develop others.
Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
Perform other duties as assigned.
