About The Position

The Retail Stocking Supervisor is a full-time leadership role on a high-performing retail team. The supervisor models professional customer service, maintains a safe and organized store, cross-trains in store operations, and leads, coaches, and develops associates. The role may serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled. The anticipated pay rate is $20.25 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience, with eligibility for a monthly bonus. Store operating hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.; schedules are described as respectful.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties and responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
