About The Position

A full-time Supervisor is a valued member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do the job. This role is suited to someone with recent leadership experience who is passionate about a career in retail. The anticipated rate is $23.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The position is also eligible for a monthly bonus.

Scheduling is described as respectful and takes place during operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The stores are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including Stocking/Sales Associate duties and responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
