Key duties include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store recovery standards to meet brand promises. The position also involves engaging customers about rewards programs and credit cards, assisting with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), and participating in stocking and planogram processes. Additionally, the role requires performing merchandise recovery and maintenance, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. Team members are expected to interact positively and respectfully with others, promote the organization's vision and values, and serve as role models. This position may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing.
