This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold brand promises. The position also involves assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), participating in stocking and planogram processes, and performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties. The team member will also support shrink and safety programs, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and interact positively with others, promoting the organization's vision and values. This role requires cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and other duties as assigned.
