This role involves providing friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and locating products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key responsibilities include completing truck unloading, stocking merchandise, maintaining store recovery standards, and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The position also requires participation in stocking, planogram (POGs) processes, merchandise recovery, and in-stock optimization. Additionally, the role supports shrink and safety programs, adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and promotes a positive and respectful work environment. Team members will be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production. Applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
