This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The position involves completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, including maintaining store recovery standards to meet Brand Promises. Additionally, the Stocker will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role also includes participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, performing merchandise recovery and maintenance, executing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. The Stocker must interact positively with others, promote the organization's vision and values, and serve as a role model. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production may be required, along with other duties as assigned.
