This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a quick and efficient checkout experience. Key responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. The position also involves engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer survey, and supporting Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the role requires participation in merchandise recovery, maintenance, and the return/go-back process to ensure the store is well-merchandised and stocked. The team member will also perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, support shrink and safety programs, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. Interaction with others should be accepting and respectful, maintaining a positive attitude even in difficult situations, and promoting the organization's vision and values. This position may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, along with other assigned duties.
