About The Position

Retail Staff at Logo Barn in Teton Village, Wyoming, sell merchandise and provide exceptional customer service. The role includes learning about products and technologies, developing sales techniques, supporting store presentation and inventory control, merchandising and restocking products, handling returns and merchandise issues, sharing information about Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and the surrounding area, and keeping the store clean. Employees are accountable for all duties of the job; other duties and activities may be assigned or changed.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of the ski/snowboard industry and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations.
• Outgoing personality.
• Sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell merchandise while providing exceptional customer service.
• Continually learn about products and technologies.
• Develop successful sales techniques.
• Work with the lead and supervisor to maintain store presentation standards.
• Maintain conscientious inventory control.
• Merchandise new products and restock current merchandise.
• Handle customer returns, vendor warranties, and damaged merchandise.
• Share information about Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and the area.
• Maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide information to JHMR guests.
