Requirements
- Passionate about skiing/snowboarding.
- Provide warm, engaging customer service and enjoy talking all things snow sports.
- Are comfortable working with diverse groups and all ages.
Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a plus.
- Have retail or cash handling experience (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of (or are eager to learn about) Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and the local cycling community.
Responsibilities
- Provide a positive representation of Hoback Sports and JHMR.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to skiers/riders of all experience levels.
- Use your passion to sell skis, snowboards, boots, and other snow sports gear.
- Practice and develop effective, authentic sales techniques.
- Maintain high-level merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Assist with inventory control, restocking, and product organization.
- Merchandise new products and restock current assortments.
- Process customer returns, vendor warranties, and damaged goods.
