Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of the ski/snowboard industry.
Cash handling skills.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a plus.
Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Retail Manager in leading the daily operations of Teton Village Sports.
Provide excellent customer service.
Open/Close Teton Village Sports.
Work weekend shifts.
Maintain efficient daily operations of Teton Village Sports retail department.
Work with sales staff to ensure proper cash-handling and charge procedures are in compliance.
Execute daily operations of Teton Village Sports including morning meetings, opening/closing procedures, daily sales goal, and acting as key holder.
Assist retail department during high customer volume periods.
Assist in processing customer special orders, warranty returns and damages.
Assist in executing store sales and promotions.
Assist in processing store transfers.
Merchandise new products and facilitate back stock/restocking.
Work with retail manager to maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
Assist in all sales training and up-selling techniques.
Facilitate morning sales goals and go over any new retail information.
