Requirements

Previous bootfitting experience required.
Previous retail experience required.
Deep knowledge of boot fit techniques, the ski/snowboard industry and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
Overall knowledge of retail operations, preferably in the outdoor industry.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with stakeholders from other facets of the business.
Excellent customer service skills.
Outgoing personality.
Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, bend over, stoop, and crawl.
Ability to work with their hands.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional boot fitting services, including custom footbed fabrication methods, boot shell modifications, liner modifications, and stance alignment knowledge.
Develop successful sales techniques and provide exceptional customer service.
Work with the supervisor to maintain store presentation standards.
Conscientious inventory control.
Merchandise new product, restock current merchandise.
Handle customer returns, vendor warranties, and damaged merchandise.
