Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Cash handling skills.
Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of the ski industry preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort preferred.
- Retail/Rental experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests through the rental process, focusing on the guest experience and efficiency of rental form time.
- Properly utilize the SnowCloud rental system to ensure all equipment is correctly checked out and checked in when returned.
- Offer every guest the following components- damage waiver, helmets, ski storage/basket check & demo upgrades.
- Consistently monitor the guest flow and work with the Lead & Supervisor to expedite the rental process.
- Understand and communicate the rental & demo equipment packages and features to ensure the best match for the guests.
- Ensure all equipment is returned efficiently and properly in the SnowCloud rental system.
- Adjust bindings to fit renters' characteristics.
- Work with Rental leads, the Rental Supervisor and the Repair staff to ensure the highest level of equipment maintenance.
- Work with supervisor to maintain Rental Shop presentation standards.
- Cross-train with the Rental Cashiers, Ski Check/Basket Check & Retail.
- Work with Rental Lead and Supervisor to obtain all Binding Manufacturers’ Certifications.
- Present yourself as a Mountain Resort ambassador by engaging the guests and providing Resort-wide information.
