About The Position
Venture Home is seeking a motivated Retail Solar Sales Associate to represent the company inside a designated Lowe's store. The customer-facing role focuses on educating homeowners about solar energy, battery storage, and home energy savings, qualifying homeowners using basic solar eligibility criteria, and scheduling complimentary in-home consultations with Venture Home Energy Consultants. The role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $55,000–$85,000 annually. The listed schedule is 1 PM–9 PM, with either a Friday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Sunday workweek. Venture Home provides training, supportive leadership, and career advancement opportunities.
