About The Position

The On-Call Flex Retail Security Officer helps maintain a safe environment by monitoring activity, assisting visitors, and responding to incidents. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3–6 months of security or life-safety experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
• Vigilance, discipline, and observational skills
• Clear and professional communication
• Ability to stay calm and focused in stressful situations
• Reliability and customer-service orientation
• Adaptability to changing environments
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
