About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer for a site in Federal Way, Washington. The role varies by day and special event and may include customer service, patrols, and surveillance. The officer must adapt to changing assignments while maintaining security and responding effectively to incidents.

The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., for 40 hours per week. The hourly wage is $24.00. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Hold a valid state driver's license.
• Have a clean motor vehicle report.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
• Hold a state security license if required.
