About The Position

ScanScape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of local retail stores each week to scan product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps. The collected data is analyzed to help improve product and retailer sales performance. Associates use a downloadable mobile-phone app and provide quantity information for about 45% of the products scanned.

This permanent part-time role averages 3–7 base hours per week across all stores, depending on store size and workload. Additional work, typically 1–2 hours per week per store, is frequently assigned for special projects throughout the year, with higher demand from January through June. Associates perform in-store data collection every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks, and must meet store deadlines. Display Scanning takes several hours to complete per store; Custom Projects occur almost every week and can add 30 minutes to 2 hours per store in those weeks.

The role offers independence and some flexibility in scheduling, while involving continuous physical activity during the workday. Full scheduling details will be reviewed during the interview. The position's route includes convenience and grocery stores in Tonkawa, Oklahoma, and a drug store in Ponca City, Oklahoma, with available workdays varying by store.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Have a reliable vehicle and minimum state-required auto insurance coverage.
• Be able to stand for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Be able to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend, stretch, stoop, and stand.
• Be able to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Have attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Be tech savvy.

Responsibilities
