About The Position

ScanScape Retail Scan Associates visit assigned local retailers each week to scan product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps. The collected data is analyzed to help improve product and retailer sales performance. Associates use a downloadable app on their mobile phone and are asked to provide quantities for about 45% of the products scanned.

The position covers assigned stores each week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks. Base hours average 3–6 hours per week across all stores, depending on store size and workload. Additional special projects are frequently assigned, typically adding 1–2 hours per week per store; demand is higher from January through June. Associates must meet weekly deadlines. The role offers independence and some flexibility in scheduling, subject to personal scheduling needs and client requirements. Continuous physical activity is expected during the workday shift.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with at least the minimum state-required auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to remain on your feet for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend, stretch, stoop, and stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter.
• Access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Tech savvy.

Responsibilities
