Retail Sales Technician (Electronic Repair)
About The Position
uBreakiFix is hiring a Retail Sales Technician in Springfield, Missouri. This role combines customer service, retail sales, and electronic device repair. The technician welcomes customers, provides personalized service, uses the Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach, and promotes Asurion products and services while working toward sales goals. The role also involves learning to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices. Paid training is provided, and prior formal technical experience is not required. Team members support the needs of the store and surrounding market based on business needs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales.
- Ability to connect with customers and make them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
- Flexibility to work retail store hours.
- Ability to multitask easily.

Responsibilities
