About The Position

The Retail Sales Technician at uBreakiFix welcomes customers and provides personalized, human-centric service while supporting sales and electronic-device repair. The role uses communication skills and the Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique to enhance customer experiences and promote Asurion products and services, while working toward achievable sales goals. The technician also learns to assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of customer devices. This position supports the needs of a retail store and may provide support to the surrounding market based on business needs. No formal technical experience is required; paid training is provided. The role offers a starting wage of $17 per hour plus unlimited sales incentives. Employees reportedly earn an average of $531 per month in additional incentives.

Requirements

At least one year of previous customer service or retail sales experience.
Ability to connect with customers and make them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
Flexibility to work retail store hours.
Ability to multitask.
