About The Position
uBreakiFix is hiring a Retail Sales Technician for its Cincinnati - Eastgate Rd location. The role combines customer service, retail sales, and electronic-device repair. The technician welcomes customers, provides personalized service, uses the Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach to support sales goals, and learns to assist with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing customer devices. The position also supports the changing needs of the retail store and surrounding market. Requirements
- At least one year of previous customer service or retail sales experience.
- Ability to connect with customers and help them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
- Flexibility to work retail store hours.
