About The Position

The Retail Sales Technician at uBreakiFix provides customer service and sales support in a retail store while learning to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair customers’ electronic devices. The role combines customer-facing work with technology repair tasks and requires flexibility to support store and surrounding-market business needs. uBreakiFix provides paid training; formal technical experience is not required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Ability to connect with customers and make them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• Flexibility to work retail store hours.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide personalized, human-centric service.
• Use the Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique to enhance the customer experience and upsell Asurion products and services toward achievable sales goals.
• Learn and assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of customers’ electronic devices.
• Work as a team member to support the needs of the retail store and surrounding market based on business needs.
• Multitask across retail, technology, and sales responsibilities.
