About The Position

The Retail Sales Technician welcomes customers at a uBreakiFix store and provides personalized, customer-focused service. The role combines retail sales with learning and assisting with electronic-device diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs. Employees use the Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach to support customers and work toward sales goals, including upselling Asurion products and services. Paid training is provided, and the role may also support nearby stores or the surrounding market based on business needs.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Ability to connect with customers and help them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• Flexibility to work retail store hours.
• Ability to multitask.
