About The Position

Anastasia Beverly Hills is seeking a talented and motivated freelance Makeup Artist to deliver exceptional artistry, customer service, and sales performance across retail locations. The role is suited to a cosmetics professional who enjoys creating personalized looks, building customer relationships, and representing the brand. The Makeup Artist applies cosmetics for occasions ranging from everyday looks to special events, supports retail sales goals, maintains product knowledge, and contributes to team success. Availability of 20 hours per month is required.

Requirements

• Previous cosmetics artistry experience.
• Superior selling skills and the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Ability to work at multiple locations during store peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed retail sales goals set for each shift.
• Apply Anastasia Beverly Hills cosmetics for a range of occasions, from everyday looks to special events.
• Maintain superior product knowledge and reinforce proper application techniques at refresher courses and seasonal workshops.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and Retailers.
• Support team goals by facilitating bookings and filling open appointments.
• Work across multiple locations during store peak hours.
