About The Position

The Retail Sales Supervisor is a full-time role on a high-performing retail team. The position is suited to someone with recent leadership experience and an interest in a retail career. The anticipated pay rate is $16.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The position is also eligible for a monthly bonus.

The supervisor helps maintain store standards, provides professional customer service, cross-trains in store operations, and leads, coaches, and develops associates. The role serves as Leader on Duty when scheduled and includes other duties as assigned. Store operating hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.; respectful scheduling is offered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties and responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
