About The Position

They lead and develop motivated, commission-based sales teams in an honest, low-pressure, customer-focused showroom environment. Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 50 lbs as needed.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years in a supervisory or sales leadership role.
• Experience managing commission-based teams.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer experience standards.
• Familiarity with e-learning and team training platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
