About The Position

The Retail Sales Supervisor is a full-time role on a high-performing team, suited to someone with recent leadership experience who is passionate about a career in retail. The position offers an anticipated rate of $18.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience, and is eligible for a monthly bonus. Supervisors work within store operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., with respectful scheduling. The role provides opportunities for leadership development and promotion.

Responsibilities

Ensure and model professional customer service.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties and responsibilities.
Lead, coach, and develop others.
Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
Perform other duties as assigned.
