About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist in the mobile phone department, you’ll provide shoppers with personalized solutions that meet their mobile needs while driving sales. You’ll use your people skills and interest in technology to create positive customer experiences and showcase mobile phones, accessories, and services. Ongoing training and self-guided learning are provided. In addition to hourly base pay, the role offers performance bonuses for qualifying device activations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

Three months of experience working in customer service, sales, or related fields.
