About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for Samsung mobile products at Best Buy, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions, driving satisfaction and meeting business goals. You’ll use your people skills and passion for technology to create customer experiences. You’ll use training and available tools to educate customers and other sales floor employees, stay current on promotional initiatives, discover customers’ current and long-term technology needs, and maintain department merchandising and organization.
