About The Position
As a Retail Sales Specialist for TCL home theater, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll use your people skills and passion for technology to create positive customer experiences. Best Buy provides ongoing training and self-guided learning to help you showcase the latest TCL home theater products. You’ll support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals. You’ll use training and available tools to provide complete solutions, stay current on promotional initiatives and identify customers’ current and long-term technology needs. You’ll also continue developing your skills and maintain department merchandising and organization.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

- Three months of experience working in customer service, sales or related fields.
