About The Position
As a Retail Sales Specialist for TCL home theater, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll use your people skills and passion for technology to create memorable customer experiences. Ongoing training and self-guided learning will help you stay ready to showcase the latest TCL home theater products. The role includes supporting customers in your department, completing transactions, driving profitable growth, and achieving sales goals. You’ll use training and available tools to provide complete solutions, stay current on promotional initiatives, and discover customers’ current and long-term technology needs. You’ll also continuously develop your skills and maintain department merchandising and organization.
