About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for TCL home theater, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. The role uses people skills and a passion for technology to create positive customer experiences. Ongoing training and self-guided learning are provided to help you showcase the latest TCL home theater products.

You’ll support customers in your department, complete transactions, contribute to profitable growth and work toward sales goals. You’ll use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives, discover customers’ current and long-term technology needs, continue developing your skills, and maintain department merchandising and organization.
