About The Position

As a Retail Sales Specialist for TCL home theater, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You will use your people skills and passion for technology to create positive customer experiences and showcase TCL home theater products. Ongoing training and self-guided learning are provided.

The role supports the customer experience, completes transactions, drives profitable growth, and works toward sales goals. You will keep up with promotional initiatives, identify customers’ current and long-term technology needs, continuously develop your skills, and maintain department merchandising and organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
