About The Position
As a Retail Sales Specialist for TCL home theater, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll use your people skills and passion for technology to create customer experiences, supported by ongoing training and self-guided learning to help you showcase the latest TCL home theater products. The role supports customers in the department, completes transactions, drives profitable growth and achieves sales goals. It also includes discovering customers’ current and long-term technology needs, keeping current on promotional initiatives, continuously developing skills, and maintaining department merchandising and organization. Requirements
