About The Position

Winston Flowers is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for its Newbury retail shop. The role provides outstanding customer service, supports sales growth, assists clients with floral and related product selections, and contributes to the shop’s daily operations and merchandising. Specialists may prepare and design floral and plant products in accordance with their skill and experience level. The position requires a flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday availability, and may involve extended workdays and workweeks during peak periods.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in luxury hospitality, design, and/or retail is preferred.
Professional or personal experience in floriculture, horticulture, and/or design is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and contribute to retail shop sales volume growth.
Resolve customer questions and concerns in accordance with The Winston Way.
Assist clients in selecting floral, plant, specialty container, and accessory products.
Prepare and design floral and plant products based on skill and experience level.
Maintain and develop existing and new client relationships, including follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
Participate in daily store setup and breakdown.
Help maintain and refresh product merchandising.
