About The Position
MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to proactively engage customers, identify their wireless needs, and sell devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. The role is focused on delivering value, achieving monthly performance goals, and representing the brand with energy and professionalism while maintaining an excellent store environment. The position offers earning potential of $35.15 per hour, uncapped commission, a $700 ramp-up bonus, guaranteed minimum 10% commission during the ramp-up period, monthly incentives, referral bonuses, and bilingual compensation. Requirements
- Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
- Must be 18 years or older.
