About The Position

MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a bilingual (Spanish) Retail Sales Representative in Mount Shasta. The role focuses on proactively engaging customers, identifying their wireless needs, and selling devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. Representatives work toward monthly performance goals and develop their sales skills through coaching, accountability, and repetition while representing the brand professionally and maintaining an excellent store environment. The position offers an earning potential range of $29.00–$48.28 per hour, uncapped commissions, a $700 ramp-up bonus, and a guaranteed minimum 10% commission to help new hires get started. Monthly SPIFFs and incentives, a referral bonus, and bilingual compensation are also mentioned.
