About The Position

MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a bilingual (Spanish) part-time Retail Sales Representative in Los Lunas. The role involves proactively engaging customers, identifying their wireless needs, and selling devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. Representatives work toward monthly performance goals and develop their sales skills through coaching, accountability, and repetition while representing the brand professionally and maintaining an excellent store environment. The posting promotes earning potential of $32.25 per hour, uncapped commission, a $700 ramp-up bonus, and guaranteed minimum 10% commission to help new employees get started. Additional compensation may include monthly SPIFFs and incentives, referral bonuses, and bilingual compensation. Requirements
