About The Position

MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to proactively engage customers, identify their wireless needs, and sell devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. The representative is expected to meet or exceed monthly performance goals, develop sales skills through coaching and repetition, and represent the brand professionally while maintaining an excellent store environment. The role offers uncapped commission, bonuses and incentives, bilingual compensation, and opportunities for career advancement, including leadership development.

Requirements

Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Able to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
Must be at least 18 years old.
